Older Women/ Living Socially
Who are we?
OWLS is a nascent cohousing project looking to create a social housing settlement for older lesbian women over 50 who want to live in a sociable context, without having to sacrifice our individual privacy and independence, in the South-West or South Wales.
OWLS is just getting started, seeking members to come together and begin discussing the best options, locations and group structure for the project. This site is a placeholder for a more functional one, once a number of prospective members have joined.
It is envisaged that the group would form itself into some kind of formal organisation, as members commit to taking the work forward, research, identify and contact organisations like UK Co-housing, Diggers and Dreamers, or other support.
